Jeffrey, who was born on March 8th, 1991, in Morgantown, was the son of Jeffrey Lynn Thomas Sr. and Kelly Ann Heslop, who reside in the same city.
He is survived by his daughter Jalayah Nichole Thomas, his siblings Natasha Alicia Thomas, Justin Lynn Thomas, Tru-Shawn Lynndale Thomas, Jamal Maurice Thomas, and Janessa Lauren Thomas, and his nieces and nephews A’Mare, Rayauna, Ramier, Jaeden, Kanaan, and Amaya.
He also leaves behind his grandmothers Patricia Ann Thomas and Katherine Mary Heslop, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished friends.
Those who knew Jeffrey remember him as a beacon of hope and positivity, always making his presence felt in any room he entered.
Jeffrey enjoyed spending time outdoors and fishing, which he often did with his father and uncle. Athletics were also a passion of his.
Jeffrey placed a strong emphasis on family, always making an effort to be present and involved in their lives.
He had a natural affinity for young people, and they were drawn to him like a magnet.
To celebrate Jeffrey’s life and honor his legacy, family and friends are welcome to gather at Kingdom: A Community Church on Saturday, May 6th, 2023, from 11:00 AM until the memorial service at 1:00 PM. The church is located at 540 Fairmont Rd., Westover.

The 32-year-old Osage resident passed away following severe injuries sustained in a fire that occurred at his home.
