A man has been charged with murder after he crashed into three cars, resulting in the death of a 17-year-old boy and injuries to several others.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Shepherdsville Road and Newburg Road in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday night.
The Louisville Metro Police reported that Ernesto Ocampo, aged 27, was driving under the influence of alcohol when he crashed into the back of a car waiting at a red light at the intersection of Shepherdsville and Newburg roads.
The force of the impact caused a chain reaction, with the car he hit colliding with a Pontiac, which then hit a Buick.

Ocampo was speeding and did not attempt to stop or slow down before hitting the Toyota.
Three people were in the Toyota at the time, and one of the backseat passengers, Mohammed Hussein, was taken to the hospital where he later died.
The driver and another passenger in the Toyota were also taken to UofL Health Hospital for treatment.
Two passengers in the Pontiac were also taken to the hospital for medical attention. The driver of the Buick, however, only received a check-up at the hospital.
